In 2007 the Finance Committee called upon Harper to release his proof of tax leakage that was withheld from Canadians by way of blacked out documents

The Liberals should use the Milliken ruling to pursue release of the blacked out Finance documents the Conservatives say prove their tax leakage argument.

The Conservatives can be relied to tell the truth. If Harper says Income Trusts caused tax leakage Canadians don't need to see the numbers that back up his argument.
