Although there are some companies that will not stop re-adding me to their solicitations mailing list, no matter HOW many times I ask them not to. And here's one: Citizen's Bank told me that only Citizen's Bank CUSTOMERS can elect to stop getting mail from Citizen's Bank (and the BBB backed them up on that). ?!?
