Lotteries are a money grab, mainly on the poor, who often overspend due to the hype surrounding a big jackpot. This individual wisely decided to limit her/his purchase and not buy the duplicate ticket. A good move, but in local CBC TV news, the individual was chastised for being a tight-wad. Ban lotteries and shame on local CBC coverage of this event.

I never play the Super Loto, as I find that NOT winning the regular 649 draw for a couple of million is enough disappointment in my life. I realize that you cannot win a lottery without a ticket, but I never win anyway with a twice weekly ticket. But , hey, you never know.
