If you have to oick yourself up off the ground when you're done dismounting you either crashed or are having sex

Tactical dismount! lol. I recon this is justified by the fact he remained pretty much on his feet long after the bike had stopped. Have to say though, the camera angle makes the gradient look almost flat and makes you wonder what he's mincing about at? Well, until you watch the fella trying to remain stood up on the scree, so It must be fairly steep?

Obviously a very well executed tactial dismount. That took some skill, so probably not a roadie as it appears there was no body damage.

Obviously a dismount by the way he left the bike standing up leaning against that rock ..... or not.

He clearly decided he'd had enough of MTBg for the day and wanted to go for a run instead!
