No general should be able to get away with such lack of respect for authority. What his subordinates said and did is also his responsibility. He should have disciplined them on the spot for such disrespect for authority. Get him out before he does more damage. H kelley

Most of the comments in question were made by the general's staff, not the general. Civillian politicians should not run wars....
