I intend to give myself Reiki each night when I go to bed, but sometimes I forget and fall asleep right away. When I do give myself Reiki, I feel better, more relaxed, and sleep better. If I give a Reiki session to someone during the day, it's as though I received a Reiki session myself, so I might not give myself Reiki that night.

As a result of seeing your info on facebook I've begun self-treatment more regularly; not every day yet. Your facebook insights, ideas and info serve as an inspiration to me. Thank you!
Absolutely! In the beginning, I wasn't doing Reiki self-treatments. I was too focused on healing others. It wasn't until I went to one of Pamela Miles' Medical Reiki course and learned the importance of it.
From that moment on, I've been doing it about 2-4 times a day -- in the car, at the hair salon, watching TV, while reading, etc.
I've also found myself more in tune with the various levels of pulsations that I receive from Reiki self-treatment. I firmly believe this has made me a far better Reiki Practitioner!
Thank you! :)

I don't know how to live without my daily reiki self treatment, which I do everyday after lunch. Is the way to follow my day with good energy.

Life is not a green house. In fact, life is very stressful. I do Reiki self treatment in the morning and at night. The night Reiki helps to relax, destress, release toxin, restore balance. which brings about quality sleep. The morning Reiki treatment energises me and kick start a good day ahead.
I observed that my students who practiced daily self treatment of at least 40 minutes, experienced more inner peace, improved health and well being, and progress faster spiritually!
Self-Treatment is the foundation of Reiki Practice. I simply can't believe anyone that has been initiated into Reiki wouldn’t love themselves enough to place their healing hands on their own body. To encourage this practice I’ve created a Self Treatment for Reiki practitioners CD that students seem to love.
I've done self-treatment at least twice a day since I was initiated in 1988 and life continues to get better with each passing day which has caused me to write a book Living a Life of Reiki, From Complete Healthcare to Ultimate Freedom in day-to-day life about my experiences.

I do a self-treatment every morning before getting out of bed. It's an important part of my own daily self-care.

I do treat myself daily, yes. The difference in a day with self-treatment as opposed to a day without is so clear that to not self-treat is to ask for a challenge where none is needed. I find that self-treating makes me a gentler person to be around as well so I'm able to spread the wealth as it were by being a kinder soul to all I come in contact with.

I treat myself in the morning when I get up, at any time it seems appropriate during the day, and before I go to sleep at night.

Every night when I go to bed I Reiki myself as well as give my chakras a bit of a freshen up to finish my day off. It makes me feel warm and relaxed and I feel that it makes my "powers"stronger. I have only been attuned for 2 years and am learning something new all the time with my healing. You have to practice to get better and self treatment is a wonderful way,
Love and blessings to all xx
