What will become of Mac in regards to the babies?
She'll have no issues being near the babies.
Mac will find it harder and harder to be without the babies.
She'll end up being possessive of them and do something rash.
Anything could happen under these circumstances and I look forward to wherever the storyline goes.
I have another idea and will post below.
