How about Briston Palin and Levi Johnston (i.e. both keeping their current last names)? Unlike the "standards" when I got married (i.e. when wives routinely and automatically changed their last names to match the husbands' names), keeping last names seems to be the "acceptable" trends these days. Seeming ridiculous, I am not in favor at all of any of your proposed "cutsie" names proposed by the survey. Essentially, the survey is a dumb one with better things to worry about in this world than following and interferring with the Palin "clan." Sarah Palin is likely a very good candidate for high office (unfortunately unfairly treated by the media (with one particular CBS correspondent coming to mind) during the 2008 campaign (and afterwards also).
