Modern Clean Green or Comfy Rustic?

I prefer cool, clean, modern minimalist design.

I prefer comfy, warm and rustic designs.

I like both if they are designed and put together well, I am not doctrinaire.

What is it with all the treehouses? None of them are green, leave the trees alone.
