Salary remains driving force. There are handful of people who think the other way. Many will change few years after college or after marriage to make sure they earn sufficient and save. Saving is individuals primary goal after getting responsibilities.
I think this is true for many but Salary remains driving force for working more.
I fail to undrestand How the people relate Skill with salary.
Higher salary cannot improve individuals skill.Salary is helpful in maintainig
standard of living of a skilled personality.
