Tuscany restaurant in Oakbrook Il On the special menu was Osso Buco,I have enjoyed this dish for 50 years.I know it should be tender yet firm.it came out like oatmeal,I could see it was cooked very early in the day and left on a steam table for far too long.I shall not return,nor will I refer it well to my friends
