House #1 Gianardi Construction was outstanding in its workmanship, wood, plaster, tile, also the
Layout, the natural lighting and the beautiful views of our mountains
Sharon Woods gets it. Her homes are timeless. In 5 or 10 years time, they will not have to be updated or remodeled to still look elegant and warm. What she does is tasteful and not over the top. She appreciates New Mexico architecture and it shows in all of her homes.
She gets my vote.

Sharon Woods' own home, #6, was the most liveable and welcoming. Charming and warm. Other end of the spectrum--definitely house #1--too weird! Didn't feel like it belonged in Santa Fe at all. And what's with the urinal?

Juan, I'm curious, do you work for Santa Fe Realty Partners or for Miradores?
Juan Gomez - 16 years ago
Juan Gomez here, yes I have commented three times, not because I am voting three times but because I have taken my friends and family to see house # 16, Miradores Fine Homes. When my friends vote they let me make a comment. So to Anonymous that is making allegations without engaging brain lets focus on the best home, remember Parade of Homes by the Santa Fe Area Builders Association. # 16 home is the home I want to build. Has the most popular votes by far and when I was talking to the builder about building my home I found out that they have five clients that want to build this exact home and the parade is not even half over with. I challenge the other builders to show how many clients they have so far that want to build their parade home?? I'll bet that none of them have more than five cleints that want to build their parade home already. So lets see, number # 16 home has more popular votes, more people want to build that home and the home did not win even one award from the judges??? Almost every other home got an award except # 16??? More people love the home, more people want to build the home and the Association calls it self a "Builders Association"??? To me a "Builders Association" should be about building home that people love and want to build. Sounds like politics to me!!! Santa Fe get out and see the homes for yourself and then ask yourself why did almost every home get and award but # 16??? Let the people see the homes and vote and show the judges which home is the best!!!!

Posted my comment on Aug. 14th and forgot to say which house I was talking about. It is the last house on the Parade number 16 built by Miradores Fine Homes. Have showed it to several of my friends and thinking about having the builder build me this exact home on my lot. Take a moment and go see this house!!!!

I posted my comment earlier & did not reference which home I was referring to. Home # 16 Miradores Fine Homes. You have to see this home for yourself, best home on the parade by far.

I agree with you Michael!!!

Did you see house # 16? Are you kidding, how can that house be trailing so many other houses? The house is beautiful and the attention to detail is amazing. This voting contest is corrupt due to politics. I heard 2 of the judges have homes in the parade, isn't this a major conflict of interest? Don't you think their homes so be disqualified or the judges should be replaced? Please, let's make this about the quality of the house, not small town politics! House #16 should be getting an award!!! Doesn't anyone else agree?

Super home, just finished looking at them all. This home has it all, very well put together! This home just works on every level. It flows from one room to another, flows directly outside & makes you feel so at ease. Of all the homes, this one I will never forget & want to take all my friends & relatives to go see a true work of art, craftsmanship & design. All thumbs up!!!!

Saw all the homes this home was by far the best built, best design and best outside living. The flow of the house and the detailed stone work was awesome. Wish this home was mine!!!! Kudos to the designer and the builder for pulling the outside in and making a true oasis in the desert mountains of Santa Fe!!!!
