Lead tackle what goes lost ends up on the bottom of the water where it has been used, and quickly sinks deeper into the sediment, because of the high massindex of lead.
The amount of lead lost on land by the fisherman is likely to be minimal compared to what hunting with leadpallets will spread out.
It is therefore more usefull to only ban lead in hunting and evaluate after about 4 years what the effect on wildlife is.
Given the law has to be kept stricktly.
