Scott, the worst part of unsafe roads is the visibility. Freeways have large clear areas in and past the ditch. Neighbourhoods have tons of bushes blocking view of oncoming cars. No one with corner properties take this into account when they do their landscaping. A few years ago, I actually heard of someone claiming they were not at fault for a crash because of a big planted display in a median in the center of the road. It's bad enough in Canada with snow banks. But these bushes need to go!
