My Healthy Habits 2
I eat 6 servings of fruit and vegetables daily
I get 30-40 minutes of Movement every day
When I choose meat I look for fins or feathers
I have had all my recommended immunizations.
I take a multi vitamin and mineral as well as Omega 3 from Krill oil, and Vit D3 from lanolin
I have had all the preventative tests recommended by my Clinician like PAP smear, Pelvic exam, Colonoscopy, Mammogram
I keep my insulin levels low by limitint my intake of HIGH GLYCEMIC LOAD foods
I drink a little water every hour.
