I think both Stacy & Ryan are great. They both seem to have there own style and thing going on. I downloaded “White Lies” a few days ago on itunes “Free Single” and liked it so much I bought her album. I must say, Stacy has talent and a knack for writing lyrics. I have to vote for Stacy because I can relate to her lyrics and enjoy her voice. I hope Sophie brings more hard working artists like Stacy and Ryan to air and rotation.
Todd, Hijacking happens no matter what site you put this poll on because it's all run by the same centralized server, which just so happens to be PollDaddy. To Cheat, simply put, all you need to do is delete your cookies and vote over and over again. Or to make it a bit more complex, run an Random IP generator off a proxy and BAM, you've got yourself a hijacked poll, such as this. Now a smart programmer would bring it even a step futher and create a small script to vote for whomever every 15-30 seconds in conjunction with the IP blocker/random generator. But apparently, only certain bands fans would stoop that low.
No hijacking going on here, just honest and faithful Ryan Star fans. Nothing wrong with that. That's what staying connected with your fans will get you. Way to go Ryan, we love your music!

If posting the poll on our FB, MS sites and letting people listen to the music and vote their own way is "hijacking", then so be it. Ryan's fans are very dedicated and spreading the word is what they do best. They will send an incredible amount of traffic to this site. By the way, I voted for Ryan.

I love Stacy, just voted for her but looks like this poll is hijacked. Every 5 second Stacy's percents go down & Ryan's go up. There cannot be so many people voting on this right now.
Ryan Star is going to be THE next big thing. He's a super fun guy, and performs with SO much feeling and enthusiasm! Even my kids listen to Ryan Star all day every day and I never get tired of hearing his voice.

People need to stop watching American Idol, Americas Got Talent, You Think You Can Dance and the rest of these stupid shows. Sports I can understand, but music and the arts shouldnt be a competitive thing. It's the people that arent creative that turn the arts into a contact sport in order to make money for themselves.
