I selected "At least 50%" because it's closest, but I'm with Stephen in the "50% + 1" camp.

I'm not sure how I react when faced with a large plurality, that isn't a majority... I might say "most" in cases where option A has 40%, and the closest rival has 10% or something... I'm not sure...
