Just get rid of the unions in the budget and the schools won't have to cut there budget. Teachers can have medical, dental and retirement without going thru the mafia at the tax payers expense. Why doesn't anyone address the reason cities and staes are bankrupt. The only part of the budget the can be touched is the part that isn't controlled by the union. Goverment jobs means more unions, state jobs means more unions. The people need to understand how the unions controle our state and federal budgets.
