April, I don't know what video you watched, but the one I saw, her dress did not cover her up to her neck. The props covered her up for most of the video but that is a moot point. The producers of Sesame Street knew what she was wearing when she made the video and that should have known that the concervative parents who watch would flip. For Sesame Street, I believe that whoever picked out that dress, should have kept in mind that it is a childrens' educational show and made sure that she was covered at least to her collarbone. It was inappropriate. And if you don't think that kids wouldn't notice, you're in your own precious world. Kids see a lot more than you give them credit for.
It is silly that this got banned there is nothing wrong with what she is wearing and she is actually covered up to her neck and I am sure that the kids are not noticing her cleavage. People worry to much about the small things.
