Your poll is missing an option. Why limit choice to custom UI or stock Android? I'd personally rather see an option from all manufacturers to run ANY custom UI available, much like you can do with Windows Mobile. That way you could also choose from a variety of third-party custom UIs and every user could couple the device of their choice with the UI that suits what they use the device for -- and may the best man/woman win!
