Yes since Ravi & We are two middle class Asian American youth from "good" families the white media will cut then a break.

No I am uncertain if race and class are factors in the Clementi tragedy.

Of course, since Tyler Clementi was a white gay youth the press coverage is massive. If Clementi wasn't white the media would not care.

If Ravi & Wei were African Americans the outrage of the white press would be an atomic bomb and a huge explosion of stereotyping and negativity.
