Yes the WTA computer rewards consistency and quantity over quality.

No Caroline Wozniacki is not one of the real top player this is the reason she hasn't won a slam yet.

It is not Caroline's fault Serena Williams refuses to play a lot of tennis. Too bad for Serena.
