I say fire Arians and find someone to replace Reed. Missing the field goals that he has is uncalled for. His job is to make those. He is paid millions to make those and yet he misses them; not because he doesnt have the distance but because he doesn't put the ball in the middle like ALL other kickers do. A small child can do better than Reed has this year. And for Arians, when the run game doesn't work, you MUST change the game plan, not keep trying at a failed strategy.
