True, it was last season and the season before that we beat Oregon. But the fact remains that it's the only substantive argument as to who should be ranked higher. We destroyed the Ducks and returned 21 of 22 starters from that team. Yes, the same team that beat TCU in the Fiesta Bowl last year as well. The rest is pure speculation. True, top to bottom BSU plays inferior teams, but when we do get the opportunity to play BCS teams, all we do is win. And when we play crappy teams or middle of the road teams, we beat them by 40-50 points. When is the last time anyone beat Fresno State 51-0? You can laugh at Fresno State, but look at their record and opponents the last 10 years. No one beats them like that. That win speaks volumes, along with the Virginia Tech and Oregon St. wins. Wait til we demolish a top 20 ranked Wolfpack team that's 9-1 next week and the resume will be complete.

All the BSU backers forget to realize that they did indeed beat the Ducks....LAST YEAR. This is 2010. A season lasts only one year, not two. If you guys played in a better conference, played better opponents EVERY year, maybe Oregon and BSU would be in opposite places.
You guys played Idaho last week. Friggin' IDAHO!!! Their home field looked more like the Duck's practice facility (with a worse sound system), than an actual stadium. Get over it, the only way Boise will play in the championship game is if either Oregon or Auburn loses. And I dont see that happening.

Shane you are very right we've beaten 2 out of the 3 teams that our ahead of us in the BCS... we've blown out almost all of our teams we have played... no one seems to be lookin at that were barely playing our star player KELLEN MOORE.. that shows we should be in the national championship against auburn

look at BSU-- they are blowing out every opponent except virginia tech.... Boise is also only playing Kellen Morre 2 quarters of the game.. they have a great defense great offense last 2 years we have beaten Oregon last year we beat TCU.. the team that we should face is Auburn in the national championship..

Lots of talk about the nation's #3 team -- TCU -- unable to stop San Diego's fourth quarter scoring. Indeed the Frogs had a rough day ... and San Diego was ranked just #27 -- 24 spots below them.
However, no one seems to mention that the nation's #1 team, Oregon, won by a mere 2 points against California (3-4 in conference play and ranked #50 in the NCAA football rankings).
So what's up with that, Mr. BCS?

TCU defense is still the best in country- they let up in the last quarter but still showed they could win when pressed,remember one of their coaches had a heart attack during the game!
