What would you think of a date whipping out a coupon?

They're a smart cookie! It bodes well.

Maybe okay if we're a few dates in, but before that -- red flag

If it happened on the first date, that's our last date

So long as we're in the dating stage, that's just NOT on the menu

Not even after they've put a ring on it

I'm the coupon whipper and if they don't appreciate my thrift, to heck with them

This is one of those things you should discuss beforehand. I'm all for saving money, but a date who doesn't know you that well might mistake it for being cheap. ASK first!

My husband says that he fell in love with me when I showed up with a coupon to the resturante. Not only did it pay for my dinner but it showed that I was a considerate person.
