I would not go head on and try to confront the perpetrator on my own. I would definitely seek assistance first. However if no one is prepared to help, I would do everything in my power to stop the perpetrator in harming the victim. I would expect someone to do the same for me if I was in the same situation. We have got a right as moral citizens to help others and stop crime if we have the power to do so. I would never sit back and watch someone be harmed or just turn a blind eye and walk away. This would mean I do not have a heart, and I would never be able to live with myself if someone got seriously hurt just because I was not prepared to do what I could to help them and keep them from being harmed.
