@George...NOT LIES at all!!! Yes, I did vote for #1 but I know at 12:01 #1 was in the lead and if you checked exactly at noon as well you know it too.
They'll be able to tell who was winning at noon without contestant #1 trying to comment from different names to steal the victory.

To Glenn: When we submitted our children, there was NO knowledge of an Ipad. It was just an extra bonus after the fact because there were not enough entries for this year's race.

These are the exact same complaints as last year, atleast all the little goobers get to race. They are all so cute, so hard to choose. Guess I'll chose a different one every day since it seems to only let you vote once per day regardless of what the rules say.

I had the same number at the same time as the postings above ~ that's too "coincidental". We can't all have the same number at the same time. I believe even more the tally goes with the yellow star rating for the POLL.
Looking a little closer at this ~ I'm thinking that the votes tallying at the bottom have nothing to do with the Leprechaun Races. I think those votes at the bottom have to do with if someone clicks on one of the yellow stars to vote on the POLL program itself.
I have also just voted for Contestant #8, and it's been more than 2 hours since I last voted, and a note comes up saying my vote has already been counted.

Maybe it should read " we have counted your vote" instead of " already counted"...however, the vote cpunt does not change after I vote, anyway...so it is confusing. TIC should do a better job!
I'm glad it's only one vote per person. Some people may have time to vote and vote again for same baby, but that seems silly to me. All the little leprechauns are adorable!
the voting does not register every hour. I cast my vote and it keeps loading and loading, never registers. I agree with the above comments. It is very inaccurate and confusing.
This is my first time voting and it says the same thing: "We have already counted your vote."

I am noticing the same thing.
The votes do not appear to be tallying correctly. One vote per hour is allowed. I am waiting well beyond the hour (10-15 min) before voting again, and I receive a message: "Thank you, we have already counted your vote". I have friends and family stating the same. It's very confusing.
