BEER! I've actually been able to limit my intake of most of these items or have found healthy ways to eat them.
Cookies, Cakes and Pies - only on birthdays and holidays
Burgers and Fries - only if I'm making my own burgers and baking my fries
Pizza - only in moderation
Fried chicken - nope, grilled chicken
Pasta - mixed with protein, not necessarily a bad thing
Chocolate or candy - been avoiding
Cheese - using low fat and small amounts
But beer is the one vice that I can't seem to shake. And I don't drink light beers either.
