It is time for the African Union and the Europeans to take the reins on this one. So far the
Europeans for the most part have had a free ride since WWII. It is now time for Europe along
with the African nations to step up and take charge of this situation now on their doorstep and
in their neighborhood. The free ride can no longer be financed by the US of A.
