I don't think they should replace Charlie, after all it is the only "real" realty show on TV.
Seriously, I think it is time for him to leave the show and Jake can step up to the plate, adding a new 1/2 man to the cast. Alan can mature finally and Jake will have learned from him Uncle. Alan can be guardian for a 7 or 8 year old boy.
