Reading celebrity and fitness magazines at the gym makes me:
motivated to work harder. I don't need to be pseudo-anorexic with my own personal trainer and food delivery program to look hot. I'll achieve it through hard work.
depressed that I will never look like them and plan my post-workout comfort food binge. All is lost anyway.
I don't read magazines while I workout, and if I did I would never compare myself to the people inside them. (good for you!)
