I don't think we have these in the U.S. and if we do I think they are called malted milk balls and no, they are not the sweetest thing ever. They are tasteless. A large bar of dark chocolate or chocoate covered cherries are so much sweeter.
You left out some voting options on your poll, such as,
1. "I don't know - I haven't tried them. I'm an American, and we are deprived."
2. "I'll let you know later, because I have ordered some,* having heard so much about them, and I will vote after giving them a try. I, too, want to be thin and svelte, and love any diet that includes chocolate!"
If you add those two, put in my "Yes! I agree" checkmarks in the appropriate boxes.
Live locally, think GLOBALLY, Tilly! :-D In other words, live "GLOCALLY!"
*(I really have. Read so much about them from you UK and SA folks, that I had to!)
The poll was rigged to achieve the outcome I required. I should be in politics.
Thanks for your comments. I promise, you are missing the greatest sweet ever made. :)
