Wright are causing the black race to lose all the gains that have been made in the last 50+ years. Listening to black preachers trying to spin Wright's comments is sickening. Greta this is why Hillary needs to stay in the race because Obama is not perfect like alot of people seem to think. It makes me so angry that alot of people are saying that it was nice of obama to say that Hillary could stay in the race (like she really needed his permission) he acts like he is God and there is no way Hillary can beat him because so many people are letting him brainwash them. He kind of reminds me of Jones and what happened in Guyana. He's way too cocky and I don't like it.

He is being consistantly deceitful. He said he was conceived from the Selma marches when he was born 4 years prior. He said his father came to the USA via a Kennedy sponsored program when in fact he came to the USA over a year prior to the Kennedy sponsorship. He said he was unaware of Rev. Wrights inflammatory sermons and then days later announces in a speech that he had witnessed some of them. He said to Ohio voters that he'd renegotiate NAFTA while at the same time was communicating to the Canadian government that NAFTA was safe and that what he said was election year rhetoric. He claims to be a uniter and someone to come to the middle when he is in fact the most left-wing US senator and continues to be a member in a racist, Marxist, anti-American church. He claimed to be a tenured Law professor, in fact he was not. He claims to come from low socio-economic status but has attended elite schools his entire life. He claims transparency when his Illinois senate records have been destroyed and when he had to refund ever increasing amounts of campaign money recieved from his corrupt Illinois "illegal lobbyist" Rezco. It's amazing how people still refuse to see him for what he is, simply because his speeches allow the masses to inject their own ideals as his. Wake up America.

And if per chance he did sign that 1996 questionnaire without reading what one of his people wrote on it (which I don't believe happened) would he then sign anything anyone would put in front of him without reading it? I was amused to hear what he said on the View, that if the preacher was still there, he'd leave. Even if he is telling the truth, which I do not believe, as Tanya Tucker said, "it's a little late to do the right thing now." If he is elected, we'll all be singing that tune, too. The more the mask slips, he is seen as just another slick opportunistic politician, with a little different schtick saying what people want to hear; the more we find out about him, there's really not much "there" there. Ferraro may not have been PC, but she was truthful, and sometimes you can't be both at the same time. People hate Bush so much, and want to think they are being stylish and non-racist, that they'll vote for him. They will spend more time researching a purchase for a washer/dryer than they will on whom they vote for President. He's already been caught in the pastor disaster, Rezko, questionaire gate, but MSNBC and the other alphabets just let it slide. If BO makes it, what do you bet that Leno has a routine about him in a month, just like he did (and does) on Billary. By then, buyers' remorse will be more widespread than you can imagine. Of course, all problems from higher taxes and regulation, worse education and union activity will be Bush's fault.

It seems that when Obama is scripted he comes across a being open and sincere. When he has to make an address or a response to a question he gets into trouble. This is troubling to me, an independent.
The fact that mrs Obama has been cited for comments that seemed less than brilliant makes me think that they are on the same page and that is not the page that they are reading to the nation.
It is a shame because it could be a great event for America to nominate and even more so to elect a minority to the presidency.
Perhaps we have to wait for another Powell or Rice that would be willing to sacrifice. They and several other well know Americans would not have to be subjected to the same kind of examination that Obama requires. He is too new on the block.
All Americans in reality are not racest. I'm sure that some Americans are but those Americans that are racest come from all races. Racism is applied in both directions.

Politico stated that his handwriting was on the form...read between the lines America...if he had actually answered questions on the "revised" survey, Politico would have stated just that. He is lying, its obvious, but when the media is scared to death to report it for the most part and keep the story going on most channels then most voters will never know this. The channels are either told to not be harsh on him, because they dont want or fear the public scrutiny of being called racists when that does happen, which is sad because BLACKS can say and get away with saying what they want, but when a white says it you have every idiot in the world calling for thier jobs, and everything else. The best example of how hypocritical this issue is , is definitely the DON IMUS/REV. WRIGHT issue. And in no way does Hillary deserve to be blasted harder for the bosnia deal, then Obama does for Rev. Wright. If his words were, lets just say they were taking out of context, that still in no way gives him the right, or any of these inflammatory blacks defending him the right to disgrace this country in no way, it doessnt matter what context they were said in, he said these words in some kinda phrase, and thats damaging enough, and Obama knew about this forever. Not enough has been exposed about this man and certainly not early enough in the campaign. The press gave him a pass and now we are seeing just some of what is yet to come. I have listened and have not heard a gifted speaker just someone who denies his wrongdoing. Nothing is ever his fault. Why don't politicians ever own up to anything until they actually get red-handed? It sickens me. But either way, I will not anytime soon forgive or forget Obama's choice to befriend a person such as Reverend Wright. You don't have to agree with everything your friends or associates say but you should draw a line as to what you consider as an acceptable level to agree to disagree; in other words I wouldn't hang out with KKK members even if 99% of the time it wasn't an issue in our association. Their beliefs are beyond acceptable, as our Reverend Wrights, and they need to be condemned as such!

Who is Barack Obama? What is the truth? I don't know, and until I do know, I could not give him my vote, no matter how much I agree with the lofty goals he espouses.
Could a vote for Obama be the same as a vote for Richard Nixion, who "had a plan" to end the Vietnam war, but didn't get around to it for four years? Or a vote for George H. W. Bush who said "read my lips, no new taxes," and then raised taxes?
I don't know. And for that reason, it troubles me that so many people are drinking the kool-aid.

Greta, Obama says he remembers nothing -- he doesn't remember what his preacher stands for, he doesn't remember under what circumstances he was born, he does not remember how he has voted in the Senate or much of anything else that he conveniently "forgets". People need to really start to look and listen to what he REALLY has to say. It isn't much, and as of late, more and more dishonest. What really woke me up and is still a great concern of mine is the hate from his church. It is revolting. When I was unhappy with the direction my church appeared to be heading, I started to attend Sunday Mass in other parishes.
I am utterly disgusted by Obama and unfortunately, people only see/hear what they want to when it comes to him.

I was amused to hear what he said on the View, that if the preacher was still there, he'd leave. Even if he is telling the truth, which I do not believe, as Tanya Tucker said, "it's a little late to do the right thing now." If he is elected, we'll all be singing that tune, too. It seems that when Obama is scripted he comes across a being open and sincere. When he has to make an address or a response to a question he gets into trouble. This is troubling to me, an independent.
The fact that mrs Obama has been cited for comments that seemed less than brilliant makes me think that they are on the same page and that is not the page that they are reading to the nation.
It is a shame because it could be a great event for America to nominate and even more so to elect a minority to the presidency.
Perhaps we have to wait for another Powell or Rice that would be willing to sacrifice. They and several other well know Americans would not have to be subjected to the same kind of examination that Obama requires. He is too new on the block.

America - wake up! How many negative things do you have to hear? Sitting in a church for 20 years and hearing nothing negative about the US or whites. He must have been sleeping (and soundly) not to hear this big mouth. I would be embarassed to say such a stupid statement. I go to church and I understand any minister in my pulpit with a year. I would walk out if I did hear these comments. I live in a small community and whites and blacks attend the same churches and listen to the same sermons - none of which contain this garbage.

Who is Barack Obama? What is the truth? I don't know, and until I do know, I could not give him my vote, no matter how much I agree with the lofty goals he espouses.
Could a vote for Obama be the same as a vote for Richard Nixion, who "had a plan" to end the Vietnam war, but didn't get around to it for four years? Or a vote for George H. W. Bush who said "read my lips, no new taxes," and then raised taxes?

He must have learned that trick from watching Bill Clinton? The "change" that he espouses to represent is scary. God help us all if he becomes President of this GREAT COUNTRY. I am hearing from his supporters that America is guilty of atrocities across the globe, that we deserved what we got on 9/11; so if he does not agree with such as that (which his preacher preached!), why, oh why, do his supporters seem to say that? People need to really start to look and listen to what he REALLY has to say. It isn't much, and as of late, more and more dishonest. What really woke me up and is still a great concern of mine is the hate from his church. It is revolting. When I was unhappy with the direction my church appeared to be heading, I started to attend Sunday Mass in other parishes.
