When I am happy everything seems to go in the right direction, but not too happy because I have an experience being very happy and then something negative also happen to me. I do not know if it is only a coincidence but it happened. Controlled happiness would be a wise choice for me anyway. I do not know if I would be aware all the time to be in control of my happiness but I will try my best.

Feeling happy is always positive. When I feel happy I am more likely to try new experiences, spend time with friends and family, read books and newspapers, do crossword puzzles . . . . all things that can be beneficial for my cognitive skills.
