What do you think HUD will do about it's non-recourse problem?

Nothing: keep things as they are

Allow non-borrowing spouses to live in home even after borrower passes away

Not allow any spouse, or domestic partner to be removed from title who is under 62

Increase insurance rates for borrowers with non-borrowing spouse
