Who thinks that they would be different than anyone else offering this kind of service must be stupid. (see Amazon, Google, etc.)
You really think when CIA, DHS, FBI or even the pope knocks on the door they would say "sorry the data is encrypted ... only to opened by the user ..."
That is NOT POSSIBLE at least when the company is located in American soil.

So, if you are blue eyed enough to put data in the cloud you don't want them to see you deserve it to get a audit from them!
