A bit sad to say -- but it tells a story in itself -- the poll results were contaminated by an invasion of the World Streets site by PRT advocates, who added exactly 80 votes in the top three categories indicating some kind of credibility for PRT in Delhi. The hit was coordinated by their discussion group — http://groups.google.com/group/transport-innovators. Once we cancel them, you can see that the great majority of the knowledgeable people involved in the Sustran Global South Forum, indicated that this PRT is not a viable option for Delhi. And as we say, their very actions tell a story.
