From my experience, summer Fridays are also half days, with employees getting out around 1pm instead of 5pm.

We tried it one year, alternating Fridays - half the staff off each week (and may have been only afternoons?), I think only the boss at the time didn't like it...and so it was written and so it was done... no more.

Summer Fridays are when agencies will typically allow workers to get an entire day off from work. Half the office is out that day, the rest of the office is in. It rotates each week

I found this poll confusing- what do you mean by summer Fridays? Casual dress days? Reduced work hours on Friday (with 10 hour days Mon.- Thurs.), or ???
