Like many, we too are struggling financially. In fact, I just completed a contingency plan. My Cooordinator found this easy fix - instead of Lg's punching in 15 minutes before start of shift, they would punch in 5 minutes before. That still will give them time to check their fanny packs, check the "board" for updates, etc. I no longer will need to pay them for "chatting" before they go on duty : ] My savings will be approx. $5700 over the next 6 months...
