Having just two opposing answers in the poll avoids shades of grey and makes it too simplistic. I don't think the new building looks as though it will win anydesign or architectural awards, but the development is welcomedby me - almost anything could look better than what is there at the moment. Whether we need another hotel in the Greenwich area is another matter ...
