well, my own case is not that i don't i am too busy for him. As a matter of fact, even in my busiest moments i still create time for him and i make sure is fine. Some times he acts funny and i am meant to bear the brunt even if i am not the cause of it, to the extent that i will even apologize though he was at fault.
All these is to keep and maintain my relationship of which i find sometimes frustrating. I will not say i do not enjoy my relationship, but for the topic and what i go through a times, will it be said that despite my busy schedule, even trying my best possible to still keep my relationship alive and well, that i am still lacking in one way or the other?

This article is complete bunk. It only explored one small-minded point of view that the "problem" of being single is a woman's own doing...and only a woman't own doing. First of all, being single can be a wonderful time for self exploration and appreciation and achievement of goals and dreams. If a woman wants to further her career while also cultivating talents, skills and bodies of knowledge, she should do so AND be commended fo it. A woman should be encouraged to be the best version of herself. She should notbe expected to "dumb down" or "slow down" for a man that is unable to match her curiousity and ambition. This can only lead to an unsatisfying, mismatched, possibly stifling relationship for one or both people involved. A man would never allow himself to be less than he is in his pursuit of love. Women shouldn't either.
Also, I think it is high time that we recognize the strides women have made in society and give men to opportunity to adjust. Women have adapted and overcome a patriachial past to become self-sufficient powerhouses in our own right. Now it is the men's turn to adapt as well. They will have to reimagine and reinvent their roles not as "breadwinners" and "heads of household", but as equal partners. I hope that soon, more men can become comfortable with a dating scene where women and men can meet, date, and relate on equal terms. There should not be any slowing down or dumbing down. Ladies, Carpe Diem! Gentlemen, you should consider doing the same.

This article smacked me right in the face. I've had a great guy in front of my face for eight years, and I couldn't see it. I plan to change that immediately.
