Sure, it's in the rulebook to allow this and history proves that this has happened before. Regardless, how you look at this particular case, it just doesn't sit well on many fronts. THIS ONE HAS A FOUL SMELL! I was a huge Michael fan when he drove. I simply hate him for what he has done as an owner. Which is why I am so chuckled at the fact that his team couldn't figure out a 9 year old chasis while people with 1/10th of his budget and 1/4 of his engineering staff made it work.......
