Hellooooo..... anyone ever hear of the Sunshine Law?
This school board does this in my district too. In California, we have Government Code, called The Brown Act. Holding secret meetings and not reporting the tally of votes are direct violations of the Brown Act. But where is the oversight? And who has the time? Fortunately, a concerned citizen wrote a lengthy report and has sent it to the Grand Jury. But it will be two years before something happens to the corrupt school board, if indeed anything ever comes of it.
