ps: I would "bring back from the dead" the idea that any IMF chief should be elected by a global parliamentary assembly and not by the heads of states of a very few western nations.

Support the first altermondialist candidate at the head of the IMF!
Attac France decided yesterday to propose its copresident Aurélie Trouvé to be the next managing director of the IMF.
In order to be valid, this application must be submitted by one of the governors and directors of the IMF
before Friday, June 10th.
A supporting committee is needed to strengthen this demand towards the governors.
