Should lawmakers allow plaintiffs and prosecutors to serve lawsuits to defendants via Facebook when people can't be located for serving them in person?

That sounds like a privacy nightmare! No way, Jose!

If it gets more jerks into court who otherwise wouldn't show up, then I say do it.

Maybe, with the requirement that you prove that the party can't be reached by other means.

If you can be found on a FB site, they can find your computer address, and serve the warrant at your home to you in person, and get a signature, if necessary.
