As this blog is new, I'm trying to figure out if I should add a lot of content on the front end or should allow it to slowly build. What do you think?

Front load the content to create a robust blog from the get go.

Limit your post to 3-4 new posts per day so there is sufficient content to surf around a little and get a feel for your style and content.

Limit your posts to 2 a day to provide sufficient content but not overwhelm.

Limit your posts to 1 a day, that's more than enough.

Limit your posts to no more than 3-5 a week.
