What Do You Think of April-Mid June?

spring was always difficult for me as someone who hails from the subtropics but I have many reasons I've learned to like the weather. My question for YOU is, when are we going to really start examining whether our weather or other so-called "severe weather" happening this year is due to the pending climate change? (whoop! there it is)
