It depends on what you're trying to gauge, and I have a specific and perhaps unusual reason for asking this precise question.
Your suggestion is an excellent one when trying to figure out where the "sweet spot" lies in the role : user ratio though, and is definitely worth another poll :)
Will be a little hard to interpret without knowing the number of users. Would be good to know the #roles in relationship to # of users.
