I have no idea why anyone would put anything but "removed from legislature" down--we're talking one heavy-duty "think of the children!" misdemeanor (the DWI) and one felony (the grand theft-auto) charge. If he's found guilty he's going to Gladiator School. Kinda hard to be a state senator when you're in state prison.
