Are Bartenders Responsible For People Who Drink And Drive?

Bartender's are only responsible if it is given to them by the customer or their employer. There are people who go to the bar and turn their car keys in to the bar to stay safe that night. If the bartender gives them back after serving them, then they are responsible. I worked doors at a backwoods bar near seattle and it was policy for the customers to announce the DD and turn over their keys. To get the keys back the customer had to pass a breathalyzer. Other than those rare occassions it's not the bartender's responsiblity.

My white friends stay buying drinks at the bar & I never have to get up or move to get drinks. A bartender is never going to know how much I've had that night & they are still in a way serving me the alcohol. People just need to learn their limits.

We are living in an age of irresponsibility man... what happened to getting Prime and stop drinking once you have achieved Prime? By the way... I never think it is attractive when a woman tells me she can drink me under the table. Just a random thought LOL keep up the good work you Reverends of Ratchetness!!!
